Pricing questions, answered

What counts as a call?

Any inbound call answered by the AI receptionist counts. Calls you forward that your human team picks up first don't count against your limit. Outreach calls initiated by the system for recalls count as half a call.

What if I exceed the SMS cap on Starter?

We'll alert you at 80% and 95% of your monthly limit. We don't hard-cut service. If you regularly exceed the cap, we'll recommend upgrading to Professional — where SMS is unlimited.

Can I switch tiers anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect the same day. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. No penalties, no friction.

Is the setup fee refundable?

The setup fee covers real engineering time: phone number porting, PMS connection, and FAQ pack build with your team. It is non-refundable once onboarding has started. If you cancel before onboarding begins, we'll refund it in full.

Do you offer multi-location discounts?

Yes. Practices with 3 or more locations qualify for volume pricing. Pricing is per location, and we work out a group rate for the whole group. Contact our sales team to discuss your situation.
