The context behind the table

Weave

Weave is excellent at what it was built to be — a phone system with SMS and reviews. For practices that need a better phone experience, Weave solves real problems. What Weave can't do is answer the phone with AI that actually books an appointment and updates your PMS. The voice product forwards calls to your front desk or takes a message. That's not the same thing.

NexHealth

NexHealth has arguably the best PMS integration in the category — the online booking widget and two-way PMS sync are genuinely well-built. Where NexHealth is thin is patient communication depth (reminders exist but the SMS experience is basic) and AI (there isn't any, in the meaningful sense).

Solutionreach

Solutionreach was built in 2018 to solve 2018 problems — automated reminders and recall. It does those things. If your practice is looking for automation that feels like modern AI, or insights that go beyond report templates, Solutionreach isn't there yet.
